Our residential inpatient program focuses on intensive therapies, medication discovery & management, and stabilization. During residential treatment for mental health, you will attend five therapy sessions each day, along with holistic therapeutic activities like yoga class or breathwork. You will work with your clinical team to build a structured, customized treatment plan, which outlines your treatment needs, goals, and plan for treatment. In residential, we provide 24-hour medical monitoring by our nursing staff.
Our partial hospitalization program is a big step in your path of recovery. Our doctors and nursing staff will evaluate you and create a medical treatment plan to ensure your treatment is both safe and comfortable. We provide medication management and discovery, to manage the symptoms of mental health disorders, with weekly appointments with our medical provider. Our PHP offers a structured level of care that bridges the gap between inpatient and outpatient treatment.
Our intensive outpatient programs offer structure, support, and community. During IOP, you will learn new skills to replace your maladaptive coping skills. You will also learn life skills and have help building the foundation of recovery you will need to lean on for long-term success. During this stage of treatment, you will be introduced to a program of recovery like Alcoholics Anonymous (AA), Narcotics Anonymous (NA), SMART Recovery, or Refuge Recovery. IOP is best for those who need flexible scheduling to balance treatment with obligations like school, work, or family.
Our outpatient program is the most flexible, least restrictive treatment program we offer. During outpatient treatment for mental health, you will have 1-2 therapy sessions each week. We provide a strong and supportive community of like-minded people in our mental health outpatient program, which offers peer-support and others to be accountable to. We recommend our outpatient program to individuals whose mental health is already stabilized, and to those who are seeking some structure, clinical guidance, and community. During IOP and OP, patients can choose to live at home or in sober housing.
